Ra’id S. Awadallah

Dr. Ra’id S. Awadallah is a principal staff physicist who conducts theoretical research. He leads a team developing efficient numerical models for tropospheric propagation, electromagnetic scattering from randomly rough surfaces, radar cross-section of complex targets, pulsed propagation in complex urban structures, and modeling and simulation of thin-film metamaterials. Additional areas of expertise include antennas and propagation, applied physics, computational electromagnetics, materials modeling and simulation, and microwave engineering.
