BioDr. Shin-ichi Ohtani is a space scientist who contributes to various areas of magnetospheric physics, including magnetosphere-ionosphere coupling, substorms, magnetotail dynamics, the storm-time ring current, the solar wind and magnetosphere, and ultra-low frequency waves. Dr. Ohtani has co-authored more than 200 peer-reviewed journal articles.
