Paul Finneran

Paul Finneran has more than 31 years of experience managing NASA and DoOD projects. He has expertise in total life cycle (end-to-end) technical management of spaceflight hardware development teams, programmatic cost and schedule tracking, personnel forecasting, and risk management. His NASA program experience includes TDRS, Hubble Space Telescope, LandSat 8, OSIRIS-Rex, James Webb Space Telescope, Space Station, LandSat 9, LUCY, and Dragonfly, for which he serves as payload manager.
