Bio
BioDr. Matthew Halstead is a nuclear engineer and radiation effects in electronics physicist with experience in experimental and simulation-based scientific research. He created an Office of the Secretary of Defense-level working group to assess U.S. radiation test and evaluation infrastructure as directed by the deputy assistant secretary of defense for nuclear matters. He supervises the Radiation Analysis and Test Section in the Space Environmental Effects Engineering Group.
