BioEvan Burger is a mechanical engineer focused on the design, analysis, fabrication, integration, and test of scientific space instruments. His work has concentrated on hardware development for both charged particle detection instruments and compact optical payloads. He has extensively researched in situ particle sensors for use on future missions. Burger has also contributed to several instrument proposal efforts. Notable flight projects include Europa Clipper PIMS, Europa Clipper MISE, and the SunCET CubeSat telescope.
