Corban Rivera

Dr. Corban Rivera is a senior staff scientist whose research focuses on intelligent systems that reason and adapt to uncertain and dynamic environments. His recent work includes introducing techniques to automatically decompose demonstrations into generalizable and recombinable behavior primitives, as well as techniques to perform novel tasks in novel environments on the first attempt given a goal. Additional areas of expertise include bioinformatics, continual learning, decision-making under uncertainty, and machine learning.
