Carissa Rodriguez

Dr. Carissa Rodriguez is a senior scientist whose work focuses on optical imaging and sensing for biological and neurological applications, including functional brain imaging. As an optical scientist, she designs and builds optical systems and works with an interdisciplinary team to develop novel signal processing algorithms that leverage spatial and temporal dynamics for detection and diagnostics. Additional areas of expertise include coherent imaging (including optical coherence tomography), diffuse optical imaging, digital holography, and novel neuroimaging.
